Beyond Architecture
Living in Nemo Heights means inhabiting a dream immersed in the depths of the sea. It is an organism that breathes with the ocean, created from over 260 spacecraft that have touched the stratosphere. Once a place where humans left behind debris, it is now a vibrant living ecosystem of deep-sea corals, giant sponges, and anemones.
At an impressive depth of 4,000 meters, a spectacular structure will rise up, offering 400 privileged inhabitants the chance to live in fully customizable environments that are equipped with the utmost comfort. Our incredible team of 250 residence concierges is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities and the tower's operations.
Hydroponic crops and synthetic meat production located at -3,000 meters guarantee a broad range offood variety. At the farm at -1,100 meters an incredible array of animals thrive. From the majestic Kobe cattle to the playful pigs and chickens, every creature has its place. And let's not forget the horse riding stable, where equestrians can experience the beauty of the farm and its inhabitants. Our exclusive seed bank will allow for the cultivation of the widest variety of plants for consumption and aesthetic purposes. The cultivation of Vitis vinifera on ungrafted vines will be supervised by the best Italian oenologists. The open-circuit marine aquarium is home to the best species from the seas around the world.
Bio-engineered lighting and self-sufficient energy systems powered by sea currents and oxygen production make Nemo Heights a sustainable, safe, and completely self-sufficient habitat.
The common areas include an Olympic-size underwater swimming pool, a multi-level 9-hole golf course, a theater, a gym, tennis and padel courts, restaurants, places of worship, an art gallery, and a small residence for your guests. The medical staff is able to provide healthcare, therapy, and emergency care for 94% of illnesses and accidents.
The facility can be reached by docking at the marina or, more conveniently, by helicopter thanks to three landing pads.
Every space at Nemo Heights represents a balance between futuristic engineering, environmental sustainability, and contemporary art. Titanium windows open up views of the depths of the sea: silent, fluid, contemplative.
The sustainable architecture project recovers precious materials such as nickel-based superalloys and the latest carbon fiber compounds, recovered from the hulls of the MIR, Soyuz and Tiangong modules, and more recent structures such as the European ATVs and Falcon rockets. Silica, quartz, and zirconia ceramics, phenolic resins, and Kevlar fiber fabrics are used for the interior design.
Nemo Heights is the future of ocean living, where luxury, safety, and sustainability merge with the wonder of the unknown.
